An artist's reception sponsored by Friends of the Library will be held for Peggy Dressel on Sunday, January 23 from 2:15 to 4 pm. The public is invited to attend.
Peggy has exhibited in galleries, museums, and juried exhibitions where she has won many awards. Her paintings and palette were featured in the 2007 spring issue of Watercolor Magazine, The Basics of Watercolor Paints I and II. She is an elected member of the New Jersey Watercolor Society, The Degas Pastel Society, the American Artist Professional League, and the Art Center of Northern NJ Watercolor Association.
She has been teaching drawing, watercolor, and pastel for the past 25 years and has taught both watercolor and drawing at the Library of the Chathams.
