Building and Understanding Family Trees:

This presentation will cover the differences of pedigree, family group trees and how to start your family trees and where, as well as how to gather accurate information to understand and analyze the relationships within your family.
The presenter will also discuss some of the ways to publish your family tree charts and how to share your family trees with other relatives.

Brief Bio of Presenter, Eric Migdal:

I am a 13 year resident of Pompton Lakes NJ, I am happily married with a son, a daughter and a bonus son. I have been doing family history research for 30 years, assisting clients with family tree building, DNA test analysis, safely and effectively contacting unknown family members.

As an adoptee, I spent many years searching for my biological family with very few results. My starting information was wrong and the assumptions I made were also incorrect, I did DNA testing to assist me with finding the truth about my family and it ultimately led me to the correct family.
