About the presenter, Bill Caproni: Bill was a former senior Information Technology (IT) manager with over forty years experience across most areas of IT. He has worked in the Financial Services, DoD/Aerospace, Industrial Gases, Consumer Goods, and Transportation verticals during his career.
Bill received a bachelors degree in Computer Science in addition to certifications in the areas of project management and IT audit. He started his career as a software developer. After almost ten years of designing and developing software, Bill moved into IT Infrastructure roles starting with systems administration, then eventually advanced into project management then staff management roles.
Bill has managed teams in all areas of IT Infrastructure, including service desk, operations, support, and IT engineering functions. He has also managed IT Application Development teams.
