Due to weather last time, we are updating this event to be Friday, August 4th at 4-6pm!! Join us for a bark-tastic extravaganza, the "Dog Days of Summer Pageant"! Calling all proud pup parents to showcase their household dogs in a delightful community event. Get ready to witness the cutest costumes and most wag-worthy performances by your furry friends. We'll have a vote for best costume in a variety of categories! In addition, we'll have local Seeing Eye puppy ambassadors doing demonstrations, and a doggie peanut butter eating contest!!
The event will take place on the lawn behind the library, transformed into a canine wonderland. Engage in a variety of dog-inspired activities, music, and fun that will keep tails wagging and paws hopping. Don't miss out on this tail-wagging celebration of the summer season with your four-legged family members! All two-legged family members and friends are welcome!
Note: For everyone's safety and enjoyment, please keep your household dog on a leash at all times and ensure that your dog is well-behaved around other dogs and people. Pick up after your pet.
For planning purposes, advance registration is required, and this is open to all community friends and family! Even if you registered for the previous event, please re-register for this date.
Submitting my registration releases and forever discharges the library, its officers and directors, and its employees, agents, and any parties volunteering on behalf of the library from all actions, causes of action, injuries, claims, damages, costs or expenses of any kind growing out of or related to any such program. I understand that this is a full and complete release of all injuries and damages which I and/or any minor I register may sustain as a result of participation in any of the programs, regardless of the specific cause thereof.
