Learn how to simplify the dinner routine to include better choices of ingredients, menu planning and cutting costs at the grocery store. A review of items to drop & swap for better options that will overall have you feeling like a Healthy New You for 2024!

Kristen Eannetta is a wife & mother to three children and educator for 10+ years in an urban school district. Kristen has taught middle & high school, and currently is an Instructional Coach where she works with teachers & students in the area of literacy. In addition to teaching, Kristen has experience working for major publishing companies in NYC where she was an editor and writer for educational content. She is still featured as a guest blogger for HMH (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt) sharing expertise & knowledge to parents & educators on various topics. Kristen regularly provides workshops and professional development to different audiences and hopes to continue to spread the love of learning to all!
