For Grades 6 to 12

Printmaking is a simple, relief printing technique that allows for experimentation with different textures and designs. Students will be printing with Styrofoam trays to create Art Prints and Greeting Cards! Draw a design on the tray, then after covering the raised areas with ink, we will use a brayer to transfer the design to paper to reveal the print. This method is a great way to make multiple prints by re-inking and reusing the same tray. Join us to try your hand at this unique artform!
