Learn about Irish immigration and settlement in New Jersey, and how they were received by New Jersey residents. Discover the various Irish organizations founded throughout the state and how Irish immigrants became successful Americans while maintaining their Irish identity.
This talk will be presented by Alan Delozier, Humanities Librarian at Seton Hall University, Executive Director of the New Jersey Catholic Historical Commission and New Jersey State Historian of the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
