Join us for a magical holiday adventure as we meet Chatham postmaster Madeline Gonzalez. Madeline will share what it’s like to work at the post office and how letters are sorted and delivered. We will learn all about how mail travels around the world — even all the way to the North Pole! Then, it’s time to get creative! Each child will have the chance to write their very own letter to Santa, telling him about their holiday wishes. Once the letters are complete, we’ll pop them into a special mailbox and send them off to the North Pole!
Perfect for kids age 5 & up, this program combines storytelling, learning, and holiday cheer — and every child will leave knowing that their letter is on its way to Santa himself.
This program is part of our Community Connections series, which highlights local figures who help shape our shared community. Join us for the featured event, then stay for a relaxed meet and greet where you can chat and mingle with the guest of honor and other attendees. Whether you're new to the area or a long-time resident, don't miss this opportunity to connect with local leaders, meet your neighbors, and discover the ties that help support our community.
