Love Your Selfie

Meet author Danielle Gasalberti, who will read her book Love Your Selfie.  This is more than a children’s book – it is a teaching tool for the 21st century.  Love your Selfie is a book about loving who you are no matter what others may say.  In today’s society children are surrounded by social media and its influence on them can become overwhelming.  Children today need to understand that no matter what others may think or say about you, you are in control of your own narrative.  Love Your Selfie is a book to share with young children to help promote light and love in the world.

Danielle Gasalberti is a practicing school psychologist with a Master’s in Educational Psychology.  Danielle’s hope in writing this book is to help others build their inner confidence as well as spreading kindness.

The event will be held on the library lawn.  In case of inclement weather, we will move inside.  Grades 1 to 5.
