Pat Bohse, CEO of Bohse & Associates, has more than 30 years’ experience as a mobilizer and creator of transformational growth at every organization that she has helped. Her new workshop, “Succession Planning: The Roadmap” explores the steps, tools and funds needed to ensure an orderly transition and a successful leadership exchange.

The five learning objectives of Succession Planning are:

  1. To create a Succession Plan to present to the Board of Directors for approval.
  2. To provide internal leadership development to the next generation of executives so they can step into senior roles.
  3. To prepare a succession plan that includes all the necessary information, reports and financials needed to educate and inform a new leader.
  4. To undertake a comprehensive search to find a new leader.
  5. To generate a process that will integrate and train the new leader.
