Missy Raho, local founder of Behind the Plates and self-proclaimed food obsessed, hosts this charcuterie workshop and will teach you how to make your own beautiful spreads! Long time food lover. Retired food blogger. Mom of 2 toddler boys. Full-time operations manager for a pharmaceutical company. And now….Charcuterie board enthusiast! Turning her latest hobby into something you all can benefit from, eye-catching and delicious boards! They are all the rage these days and she is hopping right on board that train.
Missy will show you a few simple tricks that you can use to impress your guests at your next dinner party. Prosciutto ribbons, salami roses, and brie wheels! Reservations required. $15 per person and you will take home (or eat right there!) your own charcuterie plate. Please pay online or in person at the library at the time of reservation. Refreshments to be served.
