Join us as Mark Chinsky of Enjou Chocolat shares the fascinating process of how chocolate is made, from cocoa bean to finished confection. Mark will walk us through each step of chocolate production, highlighting the care and craftsmanship that define Enjou’s handmade sweets. Participants will enjoy a four-piece chocolate tasting following the presentation.
