Get ready for a culinary showdown like no other! Inspired by the Iron Chef concept, this exciting event brings together four of the area's most talented chefs for a thrilling competition. Watch as they go head-to-head in an epic battle for flavor, skill, and creativity!
The chefs in the spotlight are:
- Leia Gaccione of South + Pine, who has showcased her expertise on "Iron Chef America," "Beat Bobby Flay," "Iron Chef Showdown," and "Chopped"
- Corey Heyer of Canoe Brook Country Club
- AJ Capella of Summit House
- Brandon Campney of Stirling Tavern, a 2021 "Chopped" winner
These culinary masters will pair off into two teams and demonstrate their expert skills to create mouthwatering dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from New Jersey's best purveyors, including The Foraged Feast, River Valley Community Grains, and Ironbound Farm.
A dinner buffet will be provided for guests by Cubita Café of Nutley, NJ – known for their outstanding flavors and from-scratch Cuban kitchen, you won’t want to miss this delicious meal.
Gary Fisch of Gary's Wine & Marketplace will emcee the competition, adding his own flair to the high-energy event.
Your $20 registration fee will cover attendance and a light dinner, as well as the chance to win raffle prizes as well as the opportunity for two lucky guests to sample the chefs' incredible creations.
