Event Update -  Cubita Café joins the event! Your $20 ticket will now include a light buffet catered by the famous Cubita Café, known for their outstanding flavors.

Based on the Iron Chef concept, 4 of the area’s finest local chefs Corey Heyer of Canoe Brook Country Club, AJ Capella of Summit House, Brandon Campney of Stirling Tavern (2021 “Chopped” winner); and Joe Tartamella of Canoe Brook Country Club will pair off and compete as 2 teams.  All of the produce will be sourced from New Jersey’s finest purveyors, including locally based, The Foraged Feast.  Gary Fisch of Gary’s Wine & Marketplace will emcee the competition. There will be a random drawing - 2 pre-registered guests will be invited to sample the chef’s creations and other culinary prizes.   You will have the opportunity to ask the chefs questions at the conclusion of the competition.  In addition, there will be several drawings.
