Learn how to make delicious homemade pasta from one of the experts!  Michael Cosenza of Mike’s Pasta Shoppe will guide you through the process of making semolina cavatelli pasta.  The pasta you make in class is yours to take home, as well as the gnocchi board and plastic bench cutter you will use in the class.  The next time you have the urge to make homemade pasta, you will have all the tools you need. You will also learn about the different types of pasta and when to use which pasta in this interactive class.  Enjoy light refreshments, including delicious antipasto provided by Mike, while you wait for your pasta to be ready for cutting.
