Let’s keep our streams clean! Litter, a lot of which comes from nearby houses and schools, is contaminating our streams by the Great Swamp. Not only is this harming local ecosystems, but also contaminating water that eventually leads to sources of drinking water. Join this event held by Chatham High School student Manaal Qureshi to learn more about the cause, how the trash ends up here, and what habits we can improve upon for the future. Bring your kids for engaging demonstrations that make the environmental cause more understandable!
