Chef Leia Gaccione is the chef-owner of The Saint Clair in Montclair, New Jersey, where she showcases ingredient-driven modern American cuisine rooted in seasonal, local produce. Born and raised in Passaic, NJ, Leia began cooking at a young age and went on to graduate from The New York Restaurant School before training in several of Bobby Flay’s fine-dining restaurants. She later opened the acclaimed South+Pine American Eatery in Morristown. Leia has appeared on Top Chef, Chopped, Iron Chef America, and Beat Bobby Flay, and continues to mentor young chefs while advocating for women in the culinary industry.
