Interactive Mozzarella Demonstration

Have you ever wondered how mozzarella is made? Salvatore Pisani, of Jersey Artisan Co., will walk you through the process. In this interactive demonstration, Sal will not only talk about how mozzarella is made, he will also show you how to “stretch” mozzarella. You will have the opportunity to “stretch” some mozzarella and the mozzarella you make will be yours to take home! Some grazing boards with Sal’s delicious cheeses and breads, made from locally sourced ingredients, will be available for sampling as well. Light refreshments will be provided.
