Have you ever heard the expressions "my plant has gone to seed" or "my plant has bolted"? In this session you will learn about those terms and understand the basics about how to save seeds from plants in your garden. The following topics are included: the benefits of saving seeds, pollination and the impact on seed saving, a five-step process for saving seeds, a deep dive into saving common vegetable and flower seeds, and information on the life expectancy of seeds.
