Welcome spring with Chef Jay Glassberg as he demonstrates how to create fresh, colorful salads that celebrate the season. Discover simple techniques for preparing crisp seasonal ingredients. Recipes and shopping tips will be shared, and there will be plenty of time to ask questions and sample the salads.
After graduating from culinary school, Glassberg trained with German and French chefs and went on to serve as a private chef. A member of The American Culinary Federation, he works closely with local farms to showcase the best local and seasonal ingredients.
