Program Description

Event Details

We understand that effective communication, sharing, and engaging with families and youth is crucial in supporting those who are struggling with mental health challenges. Suicide continues to be a major issue that deeply impacts youth, families, and communities as a whole. That’s why, in partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, we are committed to raising awareness, promoting prevention, and providing essential education and tools to help communities navigate these difficult topics.

The “Talk Saves Lives” program is a 90-minute session that will address both the facts and myths surrounding mental health and suicide. Participants will also gain valuable tips on how to support or help someone who may be struggling.

By attending this program, you will not only be better equipped to recognize the signs and take action, but you’ll also play a crucial role in fostering a supportive, caring environment for those in need. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing these challenges.

This program is designed for adults who would like to support the youth in their lives. Registration is requested but not required.
