 from The New York Restaurant School before training in several of Bobby Fl
 ay’s fine-dining restaurants. She later opened the acclaimed South+Pine 
 American Eatery in Morristown. Leia has appeared on Top Chef, Chopped, Iro
 n Chef America, and Beat Bobby Flay, and continues to mentor young chefs w
