You asked for it and we listened! Italian conversation groups are starting up in the library! Do you want to improve your Italian conversation skills? Are you able to participate in a conversation even if your knowledge of Italian isn’t perfect? Then one of these groups is right for you.
Note: This is not a class. The group leaders, native Italian speakers and residents of Chatham, will moderate the conversation, offer topics to discuss, make sure everyone gets an opportunity to speak, and gently correct mistakes.
Led by Valentina Maranzana, one group meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 pm; the other, led by Anna Rita Gregorini, meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 1 pm.
There is a limit of eight attendees, and you will need to register for each meeting separately. Registration opens two weeks prior to the meeting date.
