Cathryn Iorio, RN, MS, CHC invites you to an introduction of how Tai Chi can be integrated into your day to reduce stress, as well as help you gain a happier disposition, more self- confidence, a stronger heart, a sharper mind, less pain, and better balance.  Tai Chi is recognized as a gentle form of mind-body exercise based on slow, flowing, choreographed movements often described as "meditation in motion".  Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes and safe flexible shoes.  Cathryn brings her passion for health and wellness to her classes.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding your participation, please contact library staff and we will pass them along to Cathryn.
