Introductory Hatha yoga classes will be offered.  Hatha yoga facilitates the integration of mind, body and breath.  With quiet focus we enter physical poses while employing breathing techniques.  During the hour we will stand, kneel, sit on our mats as well as lie down on our side, back and stomach.  Body awareness and alignment are highlighted.  We will feel refreshed and energized through this practice with our minds cleared and calmed.  These classes will be taught at the beginner level, though all levels are welcome, including absolute beginners!

Anita Pacheco has been teaching for 15 years when she first founded Anita's Attitude Adjustments, LLC.  She is certified to teach yoga, meditation and qi gong, and she also received 2nd level Reiki training.   She has her BA in Life Sciences from Rowan University and her MBA in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University

Anita started taking yoga classes 25+ years ago when it became evident that she needed support to maintain her wellbeing as a working mom.  It is tremendously rewarding to share the gift of yoga and meditation with others who also are seeking respite from hectic, stress-filled lives.

Please bring your own mat or bath towel.  Yoga is typically done barefoot to prevent slippage. You do not need to be flexible to do yoga, though over time, flexibility will result. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
