It can be difficult to process everything we are experiencing.  Expressive writing is a powerful tool that can enhance our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.  It helps us make connections to our thoughts and feelings, which might not always be apparent.  Join us for free, guided sessions which will feature inspiring writing prompts related to a poem, song, or other art form that reflects an aspect of mindfulness.  You’ll have the opportunity to share your writing, discuss the art form, and gain insight into mindfulness.  Bernie Renger currently facilitates a peer-led expressive writing group for current and recent former caregivers.  He is a spousal caregiver and mindfulness enthusiast.  No writing experience is needed.
