Event Details

Are you interested in learning the basics of Python? 

Are you in Grades 4-7?  

If you answered yes to both questions, you are in luck!  The library will be hosting two one-week series of classes which will teach you the basics of Python.  Each one-week class will have the same curriculum.  You will learn and practice functions and have the opportunity to create your own project and present it to your classmates.  Classes will be taught by Chatham High School student Akash Pandya, who has experience teaching Python to grade school students.  He will be assisted by Chatham High School student Lukas Friedman.  You will need a laptop for this series of classes. Please note that this course includes homework.  Please sign up for one week only.

Sign up only if you can attend all 5 classes. 

Limit: 12 students.  Registration required. 

Registration is limited to Chatham Borough and Chatham Township residents only.
