Program Description
Event Details
This class will gracefully link breath to movement while focusing on posture and alignment. Class begins with a grounding and centering, moves through strength, balance and flexibility poses (asanas), and ends in savasana (deep relaxation) - opening you up to connecting the spirit, mind and body.
Fitness Level: Beginner-friendly. Suitable for all levels. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Be sure to come early to set up and be ready to start on time. Please also bring your own mat and any props you might need (blankets, yoga blocks, straps) as the library does not supply them.
