Meditation is for every body and mind. Even busy minds can meditate. During the one-hour session, we will explore different meditation techniques and put them to use during 5 to 10-minute meditations. In time you will find the ones that work best for you. We will sit on chairs in a quiet darkened room. For those who prefer to lie on a mat or sit cross-legged on a cushion, please bring one.

Anita Pacheco has been teaching for 15 years when she first founded Anita's Attitude Adjustments, LLC.  She is certified to teach yoga, meditation and qi gong, and she also received 2nd level Reiki training.   She has her BA in Life Sciences from Rowan University and her MBA in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Anita started taking yoga classes 25+ years ago when it became evident that she needed support to maintain her wellbeing as a working mom.  It is tremendously rewarding to share the gift of yoga and meditation with others who also are seeking respite from hectic, stressed-filled lives.
