Join us for an immersive culinary experience as we embark on a journey through the diverse and vibrant cuisines of Asia. Teen volunteer Diya Gupta will host this summer program, “A Trip Around Asia,” which offers a unique opportunity for aspiring chefs to delve into the rich tapestry of Asian culinary traditions. During each session, participants will learn about one Asian country then have a chance to cook their popular cuisine.
The first stop on our journey is India: Prepare to embark on a culinary adventure that celebrates one of India's most iconic and beloved snacks—the samosa. During the cooking session, participants will receive step-by-step instructions, tips, and tricks for achieving the perfect texture, flavor, and presentation. Together, we will unleash our inner chefs, connect with like-minded food lovers, and enjoy the rewarding journey of mastering the art of samosa making.
